«MATHEMATICAL MODELING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION AND SCIENCE (MM ITES)»

dedicated to the 40th anniversary of school Informatics and the 80th anniversary of the Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Y. Bidaibekov
 1 - 3 October 2025, Kazakhstan, Almaty

The conference will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of science and higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the leading domestic and international scholars, representatives of universities and academic institutions, as well as educators and innovators in applying digital technologies to education.

2. Mathematics, computer science and information-mathematical modeling
3. Methods of teaching computer science at school and the use of digital technologies in education
4. Inverse and ill-posed problems of natural science
5. Informatization of physics, mathematics and STEАM education
6. Al-Farabi's legacy in modern education; pedagogical dimensions in the context of informatization of education

Events under the auspices of the conference:

• Second International joint scientific and methodological webinar (seminar) of the Russian аcademy of еducation (RAO) and Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University "Theoretical and methodological foundations of informatization of education (dedicated to the 40th anniversary of school informatics)"
• Meeting-forum of graduates of the specialty "Informatics" of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University

Place and time of conducting the conference

All sessions will be held at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University: Almaty, located at 86 Tole Bi Street, Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Conference opening: October 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM

Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.

Registration and submission of Reports

The conference proceedings will be published by the opening of the event. Applications for participation and abstracts of reports should be submitted by September 15, 2025, via email to:  http://mmiton.kaznpu.kz/

1. The report should not exceed 5 pages (A4 format) and must be typed in MS Word. Formulas should be created using Microsoft Equation Editor, and images should be in *.jpg or *.gif formats.

2. Page setup: all margins - 2,5 cm. Font: Times New Roman or KZ Times New Roman (size - 12pt), single spacing. UDCshould be indicated in the upper-left corner.

3. On the next line (centered, in bold uppercase letters), write the initials and surname of the author. After one line space, write the title of the report (centered, in bold uppercase letters). After another line space, specify the country, city, and full affiliation (centered, in uppercase italics, no abbreviations).

4. The summary is presented in Kazakh, Russian, and English, formatted with a font size of 10. Keywords comprising 5-6 terms are provided. The report text is formatted with a red paragraph indentation. The list of references is presented in the order of citation at the conclusion of the article. Author(s) information includes: full name, workplace (name of the organization or university without abbreviations, as well as the abbreviated title), academic degree, academic title, work telephone number, and e-mail address. The file name for the thesis report must include the last name and initials of the participant, for example:nurgalievaFT.doc.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select reports for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Payment for travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the participants.

According to the results of the conference, the best reports will be recommended for publication in the journal «Bulletin of Abai KazNPU. Series: Physics and Mathematics sciences» (the journal is recommended by SHEQAC of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan»)
